Colorado Springs real estate group to donate land for Olympic Museum

Colorado Springs real estate company Nor’wood Development Group said Friday that it will contribute a 1.7-acre site in southwest downtown where organizers of a planned U.S. Olympic Museum will build their venue.

Nor’wood, one of the Springs’ biggest and most active developers, has been a major supporter of the City for Champions proposal – a $250.6 million package of four tourism projects proposed by the city and civic leaders that includes the museum.
